All Sales Are Final
Due to the nature of our beauty and personal care products, all sales are final. Lashé does not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges once an order has been placed and dispatched.
We kindly encourage customers to review all product details and order information carefully before completing their purchase.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
In the rare event that your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at hello@beautybylashe.co.za.
Please include your order number along with clear photos of the item and packaging so our team can assess the matter and assist accordingly.
Non-Refundable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, all Lashé beauty products, lashes, grooming tools, and accessories are strictly non-refundable and non-returnable.
